Prof. Zhenkai Zhang, Jiangsu University of
Science and Technology, China
Zhenkai Zhang received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees
from the Jiangnan University and Nanjing University
of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) in 2007 and
2013, respectively. He is currently a professor of
Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. He was
a visiting scholar at Durham University in the UK
and the University of Calgary in Canada. His main
research interests include radar signal processing,
radar and communication integration, radar resource
management, and target tracking. He has published
more than 80 scientific articles in refereed
journals, such as Signal Processing, IET radar sonar
and navigation, etc. He was entitled "The backbone
teacher of Qinglan Project in Jiangsu Province"
and "333 high-level talents in Jiangsu Province".
Prof.
Miao Yang, Jiangsu Ocean University, China
Miao Yang received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from
Lanzhou University and Ocean University of
China(OUC) in 2004 and 2009, respectively. She is
currently a professor of Jiangsu Ocean University.
She was a visiting scholar at University of New
South Wales in Australia and the University of
Virginia in America. Her main research interests
include underwater vision, underwater image quality
evaluation, and underwater object detection. She has
published more than 40 scientific articles in
refereed journals such as IEEE TCSVT, IEEE JOE, IEEE
TIP, IEEE SPL, etc.. In recent years, she has hold
on a number of marine information processing related
projects, which include National Natural Science
Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science
Foundation, and Natural Science Foundation of
Jiangsu Province. She was entitled "333 high-level
talents in Jiangsu Province" , "Six talent peaks in
Jiangsu Province" and "Youth Talent Recruitment
Project of Jiangsu Province" .
